I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Colorado.

I earned my MA and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Regent University. Having previously lived in Denver for six years, I now reside in Florence, Colorado and see clients from all over the country. I also identify as neurodivergent and queer.

My expertise is grounded in evidence-based treatments, like Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, honed during my post-doctoral fellowship at Front Range Treatment Center. My intensive training in DBT through Marsha Linehan’s Behavioral Tech program, equips me to provide exceptional care, supplemented by my wealth of experience in CBT, mindfulness, feminist and anti-oppressive, and self-compassion based therapies. My training allows me to serve marginalized communities, especially those that identify as neurodivergent and/or LGBTQ+. I am very passionate about providing my services to these marginalized communities.

Beyond my private practice, I am affiliated with Brain and Body Integration, a clinic that conducts psychological, neuropsychological, learning disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and adaptive functioning evaluations. Additionally, I give presentations on many of the therapy approaches I use in my practice, and I have traveled around the southwestern United States to give these presentations.

I am currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Drake University. This endeavor reflects my commitment to enhancing my expertise and providing more comprehensive care to my clients. With the goal of achieving prescriptive authority, I aim to seamlessly integrate pharmacological knowledge into my practice, further enriching the treatment options available. My unwavering commitment to continuous education is a testament to my passion for providing the highest level of care to my clients. More information to come!

I wholeheartedly believe in the interventions I employ, witnessing profound transformations as clients overcome hindrances posed by their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and environment.

Natures Ed

Originally from the East Coast, I fell in love with Colorado upon my move in 2017, cherishing all that the state has to offer. When not empowering my clients to achieve their life worth living goals, I find joy in spending time with my beloved dog (Chewy), Green Cheek Conures (Mara and Nica), and two ball pythons.

My passions extend to caring for a remarkable collection of plants and volunteering with Natures Educators, a local raptor education program. You may also find me indulging in outdoor adventures, weekly trivia, and taking care of my vast collection of houseplants. My own personal therapy and mindfulness practice are essential parts of my routine, playing a vital role in supporting both my physical and mental well-being.
